- At SD Print House, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:
- Custom Apparel
- Due to the personalized nature of custom items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom apparel unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. If you believe your order is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Due to custom order’s materials being purchased ahead of time, there is a 50% fee for cancelations or changes to the order.
- Premade Apparel
- For premade items, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization and further instructions.
- Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping Costs
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
