Everything begins with the artwork:

  • The product artwork is created using a graphic software
  • Once the graphic is complete, we prepare the material chosen for your product
  • After the material is positioned, laser parameters are set to the determined specifications
  • Lastly, the engraving process begins!

03

Embroidery

We are proud to announce our newest collection — embroidered apparel! Every stitch tells a story, blending modern design with timeless technique. How it works is everything starts with your artwork!

Once we receive your artwork and thread colors, it is converted into a stitch file and processed through a digitizer. This converted file allows the embroidery machine to understand what is being printed. Once the design is ready, the appropriate apparel is selected and the garment is hooped with a stabilizer to prevent puckering during stitching. When the garment is hooped, the file is loaded into the embroidery machine and the garment placed to the appropriate tension. The last step, get stitching!

DTF Printing

We primarily use DTF Printing for our custom apparel products. DTF or Direct-to-Film, is a tactile printing method where designs are printed onto a special film and then transferred onto fabric using heat and pressure.

Here’s How It Works:

  • Printing the Design: A specialized DTF printer prints the image in full color onto a clear PET film using textile inks.
  • Applying the Adhesive Powder: While the ink is still wet, a powdered adhesive is applied to the print and then cured with heat.
  • Transfer to Fabric: The prepare film is placed onto the fabric and pressed with a heat press. The heat melts the adhesive, bonding the ink to the garment.
  • Peeling the Film: After pressing, the film is peeled away, leaving the design on the fabric.

05

Sublimation Printing

Sublimation printing is an alternative to DTF Printing. Sublimation printing is a process that uses heat to transfer dye onto materials — most commonly polyester fabrics or polyester-coated surfaces — by turning solid ink into gas without passing through a liquid phase.

How It Works:

  • Design Creation: The image is designed digitally, typically using software like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • Printing: The design is printed in reverse onto special sublimation transfer paper using sublimation ink.
  • Transfer: The printed design is placed on the target surface, for example a t-shirt or mug.
  • Heat Press: Using a heat press, the ink on the paper sublimates, meaning it turns directly from a solid to a gas.
  • Bonding: The gas permeates the polyester fibers or coating and solidifies inside them as it cools, becoming a permanent part of the material.
